The Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility program really helps!

It was our honour to welcome Assoc. Prof. Dr. Afizan Azman from Taylor’s University, Selangor – Malaysia to the Faculty of Informatics and Management.

Prof. Azman spent with us 10 beautiful days during which he gave lectures, met colleagues, got to know our faculty and, of course, Hradec Králové. The cooperation between our institutions has lasted for many years and we can say that it is still improving and after the Mr. Azman´s visit we can also expect more fruitful activities. Just read the feedbacks of some participants:

Feedback of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Afizan Azman:

To University of Hradec Kralove, I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the incredible opportunities the Erasmus program offered to me at the University of Hradec Králové.

The support provided to me has made a significant impact on my personal growth. The program also had created many possible collaboration opportunities between UHK and Taylor’s University. The welcoming atmosphere and the emphasis on cultural exchange create a unique environment that fosters meaningful connections.

I also commend the variety of courses available, which allows me to broaden and share my knowledge and skills to UHK’s students through various sharing session such as on the topics of Autonomous Vehicle-V2X Communication, Impact Lab Projects and Technopreneur Program.

This program not only enriches our academic community but also contributes positively to the personal development of every participant.

I will remember the Big Square, the parks, and wonderful cozy and cold weather when I was in Hradec Kralove.

Big thanks to all friends from Faculty of Information & Management, UHK- Eva, Michal, Ava, Tereza, Kamila, Karel, Marek, Dominic, Peter, Pavel, Ondrej, Vladimir, Blanka, Petra and many more.

To all: Terima Kasih, Jumpa lagi.

Love from Malaysia

Feedback of prof. Blanka Klímová:

Rarely do I meet such an open, helpful and humble person with immense interdisciplinary knowledge potential as Dr. Afiz..... On behalf of the entire FIM, I am already looking forward to developing our joint collaboration with Taylor's University of Technology.

Feedback of Dr.Tereza Otčenášková:

It was an amazing pleasure to meet Assoc. Prof. Dr. Afizan Azman! We had fruitful discussions which were both inspiring and valuable. We shared the best practices as well as issues which are faced by both universities. We touched the common interests related to various project, student exchanges, research areas and similar options for mutual cooperation. Moreover, Czech students had the opportunity to learn about the start-up and technology transfer support, innovations, impact lab projects, Technopreneurs Program and other interesting topics. These were delivered not only by our visiting prof., but also by his colleague, Ms. Norhidayah Binti Hamzah, who kindly joined us via MS Teams during the seminar. Many thanks to both of them! I hope that we will keep in touch and develop beneficial cooperation...

All this could happened thanks to the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility program that we really appreciate.

So, we are looking forward to next visit from our strategic partners involved in this program.
