Applied Informatics
Applicants for this Bachelor's degree program should possess a strong foundation in mathematics, algorithmization, and object modeling. These core competencies are built upon in courses with practical applications, such as programming, application design, information systems management, computer networks, web technologies, and network security.
The aim of this program is to equip graduates with the skills to solve IT-related problems within a defined framework, particularly in the areas of software system design, development, and implementation. Graduates will apply their knowledge of mathematics, algorithmization, and computer system management in real-world contexts.
Additionally, the program is structured to prepare graduates for further studies in a related Master's program, providing them with the necessary foundational knowledge and skills for advanced academic and professional pursuits.
The tuition fee is 3,000 EUR per year and there is a possible scholarship in case of good study results after the first year of study. All the courses are taught in English.
To be able to study in the Czech Republic, you need to get a nostrification, which is a recognition of your previous studies. The procedure of nostrification is different according to the study that should be recognized (high school, bachelor's or master's).
