Gallery T
Gallery T is a facility of the University of Hradec Králové. It allows artists and students to exhibit their works in a cultivated environment, and provides university students and citizens of the region with a broader view of contemporary fine art, with an emphasis on the work of young and lesser-known artists from the Czech Republic and from abroad.
It also introduces the work of teachers from other art schools and the work of students from their studios. The presentation of the author's work is done through individual, collective or thematic exhibitions from all areas of art.
The gallery team wishes to attract students and the wider public into contemporary art, to humanize the university environment, and to develop informal contacts with other universities through student exhibitions.
The Gallery T exhibition programme is designed and professionally guaranteed by a gallery board composed of five members, teachers of the Department of Art, Visual Culture and Textile Studies of the Faculty of Education, UHK.
