Technical and Operational Unit

Technical and Operational Unit ensures the operation of all university buildings and related equipment, ensures their maintenance and repair. The university fleet and related transport services come under the competence of the unit too.

Provided Services:

  • Repair and maintenance of buildings, in which the university is located (own and rented buildings),
  • Repair and maintenance of property in buildings,
  • Security in buildings,
  • Transportation of persons and materials for the UHK needs by own vehicles and also by external carriers, repair and maintenance of these vehicles and prescribed documentation,
  • Drivers training,
  • Purchase of materials, furniture, protective equipment, office supplies, cleaning products, first-aid kits,
  • Performance of water and energy manager functions,
  • Electric revision and revision of gas, lightning conductors, heat exchangers, fire hydrants and RHP, lifts, EZS, EPS and electronic building security,
  • Renting classrooms and lecture halls in the framework of economic activity,
  • Cleaning on adjoining areas near UHK buildings.

The building's reception also serves as a place for lost-and-found.
