Dear Colleagues,
Due to the new governmental measures, please accept the binding instructions and information about changing rules for access to and staying on the premises of the UHK. These will be valid during the exceptional governmental measures (March 1 – March 21, 2021) as follows.
- Preferably work from home (home office) based on the arrangements made with the head of your department.
- Since March 1, 2021 it is obligatory to wear a respirator (FFP2 at least) or surgical mask on the premises of the UHK. You can take the respiratory protection off only when you are on your own in your working place. It is necessary to wear the respriratory protection also when other person is present in the room even if you keep the 2metres distance.
- Opening hours of all the UHK buildings are from 07.00 to 18.00. The rectorate will be open: Mon, Wed, Fri from 06.00 to 14.00 and Tue, Thu from 06.00 to 18.00 from March 2,2021. The Building A keeps open without changes.
- The cash office will be open every Monday from 08.00 – 12.00
- Registry office will ensure collection and distribution of mail always on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We kindly ask the heads of all departments to arrange regular collection of the mail if possible.
- Students who urgently need to visit the UHK premises during this period, need to have the appointment aproved in advance. A UHK employee will collect the student at the reception, as a receptionist will inform the employee about the student´s arrival. Free movement of students is forbidden in the UHK buildings in this period.
- If you dont have work contract or valid employee card, as a UHK employee, when crossing the boarders of districts, you can use the template of the employer ackonwledgement (employees at the faculties can ask a dean´s assitant (ilona.lankasova@uhk.cz), rectorate employees can ask Mrs. Zirnsáková at Human Resources Office for validation).
- We recommend you to undergo antigen testing on a regular basis as it is easily accesible in the parking lot of the UHK campus.
- According to the information we have from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and with regards to the early return of small children and later students to all types of schools, it is planned to provide the vaccination for teaching and non-teaching employees of these schools, followed by the academic employees of universities.
All the above had been agreed on today´s meeting of the UHK management, where representatives of all parts paticipated. Please fulfil and respect these instructions and rules. We believe that these small steps will help and contribute to easen the current pandemic situation in the Czech Republic.
