Scientists from the Department of Chemistry visited Florida International University

In early July, chemists from the Faculty of Science visited the University in Miami within the mutual cooperation. Florida International University (FIU) is a public university in the state of Florida and is one of the largest universities in the country. During their visit, the scientists met with the vice-dean Georg Petroianu. They discussed their joint project which is aimed at researching the antidotes for pesticide poisonings and possible future cooperation.
