The Czech Science Foundation to support five projects of FoS
The Czech Science Foundation has supported 5 new research projects of FoS.
Projects has been funded on following departments:
Department of Matchematics
- Singular spaces from special holonomy and foliations
Department of Biology
- Trade-off between radial trunk growth and fruit yield and its relationship to xylem traits in composite apple and pear trees
Department of Chemistry
- Research of oxime-CB(7) complexes for central nervous system penetration of quaternary acetylcholinesterase reactivator
- Butyrylcholinesterase reactivators for preparation of pseudo-catalytic scavengers applicable for organophosphorus intoxications

Inhibition of JAK/STAT3 signalling pathway in cancer therapy
Reasearch is going to start in January 2017.
