The UHK Registrar accepts, records, delivers and dispatches all postal and other packets coming to or going away from the University.
The UHK Registrar
is the only office authorized to receive delivered shipments of all types on behalf of UHK. We therefore ask all senders to correspond with all university departments via the statutory address of UHK: Rokitanského 62, 500 03 Hradec Králové. We also ask all delivery and postal services to deliver shipments of their clients, which are intended for any UHK department or employee, exclusively to the stated statutory address of the University, i.e. the UHK Registrar.

The UHK Registry
provides pre-archival care for all UHK documents. It keeps these documents in its depositories, records them, and makes them available until the shredding procedure. The department organizes shredding procedures and administers the university-wide system of electronic filing service Athena, which is a tool for document electronic management and administrative management.
