Public procurement announced by the University of Hradec Králové is available on the contracting authority's profile.

For some regularly recurring supplies and services, the University of Hradec Králové has been introduced the so-called dynamic purchasing systems (hereinafter referred to as DNS) in accordance with s.138 et seq. of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., as amended.

Within these DNSs, so-called Invitations to Tender are repeatedly announced but only suppliers who are included in a particular DNS are addressed.

If you are as a supplier interested to be included in a particular DNS, you must first register in the electronic tool and then submit a so-called Application of Participation – in accordance with the relevant tender documentation – it is always remotely and unlimitedly accessible at the particular DNS on the profile of the contracting authority.

This Application for Participation can be submitted at any time during the existence of DNS. After its delivery, it will be evaluated and the candidate may be included in DNS. Subsequently, competitions with specific items will be announced for these included suppliers (only for these ones) and they will be able to submit their tenders.
