Workshop - Photovoice - participation of people living with the stigma of mental disability

 

"How we see it"                                                             

We are a team of people with mental disabilities, academics and professionals. The result of our cooperation is a research survey in which we used participatory photography to show how people with mental disabilities perceive their life situation. 

If you are interested in the following questions, we will look forward to you at our workshop, where we will try to answer them.

• Want to learn more about participatory photography, specifically the photovoice method
• Are you interested in the experience of cooperation of academics, professionals and people with mental disabilities in research?
• How can professionals contribute to a higher participation rate for people with mental disabilities in different areas of life?
