Guidelines for Authors

Call for papers

All full paper submission will be peer-reviewed and evaluted based on the originality, researched depth, accuracy and relevance to the conference theme and topics. The author of the paper need to select the area covered in the application.

All received contributions must be processed and formatted according to the unified template and according to the given scope! Templates can be found at the end of this page.

 

Publication outputs

The author may choose one of the options: i) publishing a professional paper from the conference, i.e. in the proceedings of the conference papers, ii) publishing in a professional periodical after recommendation by the Scientific Council (detailed information on the publication of contributions – see below).

 

Proceedings of scientific and professional papers from the conference  

Contributions will be assessed in the standard review procedure;

  • contributions may be published in the conference's language of the conference (Czech, Slovak, English)
  • the proceedings will be allocated to the ISBN and will be issued in electronic form.

 

Professional periodical

Selected English-language contributions meeting the requirements of journals will be submitted for review by the editorial board of Education Support (EduPort) or Journal of Exceptional People (JEP) indexed in Erih+ databases after assessment by the Scientific Council of the Conference. The editorial boards of journals reserve the right not to start review proceedings at all. In case of positive assessment of the editorial board of the journal, a standard double-blind review procedure will be initiated. In case of negative assessment, the text will be assessed by the Scientific Council of the Conference in order to be able to publish in the proceedings with the ISBN. The Scientific Committee of the Conference reserves the right not to recommend a contribution to the periodical and to propose publication in the proceedings of the conference's professional paper.

 

The same formal criteria apply to the publication of professional articles in the proceedings of the conference or in a journal.

The important dates

Table 1: binding conference timetable

Until 15th August 2021 Sending a binding application to the conference, including an abstract.
Until 15th August 2021 The authors of the contributions will receive information about the assessment of the content focus of the abstract the contribution submitted by the Scientific Committee of the Conference, whether it is in line with the theme of the conference.
Until 31 st August 2021

Sending the final version of a post aspiring to publication in a professional periodical.

Until 31st August 2021 Payment of the conference fee.
Until 16th September 2021

Sending a contribution to the proceedings of scientific and professional papers.

16th September 2021 Conference
  • In the case of a positive opinion of the editorial board of the magazine, the dates are set between the publishing and the main editor of the magazine. The author will be contacted by the magazine's editors.

 

Please note that the above dates are final and cannot be changed/extended, taking into account the necessary actions associated with the organization of the conference.
