Work Groups and their Specialization
The project is divided into 5 work groups, each for the individual activities:
- Project management
- Setting of the research organization strategic management in accordance with the conditions for the HR Award obtaining and holding
Outputs: SWOT and GAP analysis based on the institution-wide questionnaire, Action Plan for the Charter and Code implementation, HR Award, amendment of internal regulations (the Career System, evaluation of employees, the system of internal grant support and other documents related to the Action Plan implementation) - Strategic setting and development of human resources, gender equality and management of the research organization
Outputs: Code of Ethics, establishment of the Ethics Committee and approval of its rules of procedure, tools for professional development support, concept of young researchers support, support of gender equality in form of methodologies, strategy of sustainable development - Strategic setting and development of internal evaluation of the research organization
Outputs: Strategy and methodology of evaluation, establishment and actions of an international advisory commission. - Strategic setting and development of international cooperation in research and development and internationalisation of the research organization
Output: Strategy of development of international R&D cooperation
