The Philosophical faculty is going to move to the building E due to the reconstruction of the B building

The Philosohical faculty of the University of Hradec Kralove will move to another building. Due to the reconstruction of the B building the Philosophical faculty will be moved to the E building situated  in the Víta Nejedlého Street since the academic year 2020/2021. It is planned that the reconstruction whose aim is to modernize the B building for the purpose of university education and to maintain and renew the historical and cultural value of the object should be finished in two years.

Organizational issues: 

• The normal functioning of the B building will finish on Friday July 17th, due to the relocation the faculty will be closed since July 20th.
• The E building will start functioning since Thursday July 23rd. (However the proces of relocation will not be finished before August 10th, that is why we ask students to be as careful as posssible during their presence in the building and that they consider whether their eventual presence in the building is really necessary).
• The Service centre in the building B will be closed during vacation. It will be open since August 24th in the building E.
