Dear student and coordinator, welcome to the University of Hradec Kralove!
Philosophical Faculty, University of Hradec Králové, hosts about 70 students from our partner universities from Europe, Latin America, USA, Africa and Asia every term.
Academic year 2024/2025
- Winter term starts on the 23rd of September, 2024.
- Summer term starts on the 10th of February 2025.
Current call - Application for one term exchange for summer semester 2024/2025 (start of February 2025 - end of June 2025)

The application deadline for the summer term 2024/2025 is on 15th August 2024

All applications must be sent on time; no later applications will be accepted. The visa process is long.
All students will apply via online application of the Philosophical Faculty. We want to ask all the coordinators to fill in our table and send it with a passport copy to tomas.hercik@uhk.cz on time to nominate the students. We will create their electronic nominations, and students will fill out the online registration form and upload the documents they are asked for. We consider students nominated after their home university coordinator sends their data in the table and passport copy via e-mail.

All the students will be provided with a link to our web application after the nomination with a request to fill it in with their personal data and attach some important documents (passport photo, passport copy, transcript of records from home university and Study Plan with selected courses for summer semester 2024/2025 at the Philosophical Faculty)

You can find List of Courses for Academic Year 2024/2025 here . List of Courses of Philosophical Faculty will be regularly updated, changes are expected. All the nominated students will fill in their Study Plan (please, download the form here, select the courses from our list mentioned above and fill it in) and upload it via web application. We will send you the link for web application after your university nominates you. Please, follow UHK rules for course enrolment, you can find them in the course calatogue.
