International Student Brings Peruvian Culture to Local School
Greysi Arrelucea, a student from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, currently studying at the University of Hradec Králové as part of the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility exchange program, recently visited Josef Gočár Primary and Nursery School to introduce first-grade students to her home country.
Greysi, who comes from Lima, the capital of Peru, fascinated the young students with stories about Peruvian culture and traditions. She also demonstrated traditional Peruvian dances, which the children eagerly tried themselves. The program included talks about Peruvian food and customs.
We are thrilled to see our students actively engaging in projects, sharing their experiences, and introducing new cultures to the community. We believe that initiatives like this will continue to bring joy and valuable knowledge to both children and adults.
