The University of Hradec Králové is getting ready for the first double degree program
The UHK signed an agreement to create a joint bachelor degree program in Political Science with the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali in Colombia last year. Recently, this program was given the green light by the National Accreditation Office. Thus, nothing prevents the start of the administrative procedures that will ultimately allow this program to be opened to students.
As soon as a complete admission procedure is drawn up and agreed by both parties, we can enroll the first students in the program. Ideally, we will welcome new students at the beginning of the academic year 2022/2023. In the same year, we might open another double degree, the master's degree program in History. The contract preparations are in full swing in cooperation with Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra, Slovakia.
Although the Philosophical faculty of the University of Hradec Králové has committed to developing at least three double degree programs within the internationalization project, it is actively trying to reach a larger number of partners with whom it would like to cooperate in this field. Through these programs, the much-desired internationalization of our institution will be deepened.
