In-Depth Analysis of Psychosocial Aspects

 

Result Leading Organisation: Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan

The results of the analysis will provide a solid data-based platform for SSH teachers to better understand the educational process, the needs of their students and society and to better meet the challenges of the contemporary world. The analysis will provide a solid foundation for practical use at the participating institutions and other interested HEIs as well as individuals with a really high potential of transfer.  

 

Analysis of Intercultural Dimension

 

Result Leading Organisation: University of Hradec Králové

The analysis of intercultural dimension will supply previous result (In-Depth Analysis of Psychosocial Aspects) with a detailed analysis of burning issues concerning the intercultural and international dimension of SSH teaching. The research will use multiple approaches for multiple issues addressing common challenges for Central. European education in SSH. The partial outputs will be brought together and published in the form of a collective monograph (eBook).

Handbook: Teaching SSH for 21 +

 

Result Leading Organisation: Constantine the Philospher University in Nitra

During the project implementation, the innovative handbook Teaching SSH for 21+ for university teachers will be compiled. It will be based on the expertise of the whole team and the previous results 01-02, which will be used for a systematic introduction into the current needs, goals, approaches, principles, methods and forms of HE education especially with regard to teaching SSH. The handbook will be made fully understandable for non-didacticians, available online and promoted on the websites and social networks of all participating institutions. Its uniqueness will consist in the international cooperation, the cooperation of different subject didacticians, the application of current didactic trends focused on constructivist understanding of the pedagogical process and the orientation on qualitatively expressed skills of graduates.

E-Learning for SSH University Teachers

 

Result Leading Organisation: University of Hradec Králové

E-Learning presents the result applicable to all SSH university teachers (even those not willing to study elaborate texts on tertiary didactics) based on expert work of the international team and previous results (01-03). E-Learning will be easily accessible online, available for further upgrades in upcoming years (interactive) and actively promoted on the websites and social networks of the participating institutions. The intent is to share this widely needed support for SSH teachers including topical issues, original approaches and methods, best practice and patterns for teaching and managing the educational process with a special regard to the Central European area. The aim of the set of outputs (educational tools) is to support quality teaching of SSH in the university environment.
